1. Service
BotDine provides configurable AI phone-answering, order-taking, reservation, and restaurant communication tools. Features and usage allowances depend on the customer’s selected plan and implementation scope.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate menus, prices, hours, policies, availability, escalation rules, and legally required notices. Customers must review configured workflows before launch.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use BotDine for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity, or to collect information without appropriate authority and notice.
4. Fees and usage
Recurring fees, included minutes, overage rates, implementation work, and third-party costs are described in the applicable order form. Published website prices are informational until confirmed in writing.
5. Availability
We work to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Phone carriers, integrations, internet services, and other third parties may affect performance.
6. Limitation
BotDine supports restaurant operations but does not replace customer review, staff judgment, emergency services, or professional legal, medical, or allergy advice.
